30-Oct-2008 Michelle Stansfield: Does this laptop have a firewire port? How about bluetooth? At the moment my latptop is a AMD Turion 64x2 (1.9 GHz x 512 KB L2 cache) - is this laptops processor better/faster than the one I already have?

SteveF: Yes to firewire and bluetooth and yes this has a faster processor.

SteveF: No, you would need to look at the laptops with dedicated graphics cards such as the nVidea geforce series.

27-Nov-2008 KeithR: I have just purchased the T5800 @ the weekend. The DVD player will not play the first time of asking. You need to remove the disc a few times before it starts to play . What should I do, I have tried a few disc`s

SteveF: No, you can get external graphics cards but nothing too special when it comes to games. You'd need a machine with a dedicated graphics card to get the most out of the FM 09.

16-Dec-2008 Shripad: Am currently at Belfast and would be moving to India after few months. Can I get warranty support in India-Mumbai for this model. As I know this model is not available in Mumbai market.

SteveF: No the warranty is Europe wide.

SteveF: I would image so but there isn't the info out there about microsoft 7 to confirm this.

SteveF: Its set to the american keyboard layout. If you check in the control panel, go to Regional and language options, then go to the keyboard tab there will be an option to change the language. Make sure this is set to english - united kingdom and the keyboard should sort itself out.

david s: 100% This has neither bluetooth or firewire

SteveF: Not this model. If it has windows vista business or ultimate then yes it can be downgraded.
