We only use established couriers such as Citylink, Business Post and ParcelForce to deliver your goods. We have excellent relationships with all our couriers as we ship more than £75 million of goods each year. All deliveries are fully insured against loss and damage for all UK and Irish destinations so that if your goods are lost in transit or arrive damaged we will simply despatch replacement goods at no cost to yourself. Most orders can be tracked online. All deliveries require a signature at the delivery address but this does not have to be the card holder. Sometimes your order will be despatched in more than one delivery as we use more than one warehouse so if you only receive part of your order, there is no need to ring us - instead, please use our online order tracking to find out when the rest of the shipment is due.
We offer a service which many of our competitors cannot provide – we can deliver to an address that is different from your billing address. The must be to a work premises and not to a residential address. We do reserve the right to only deliver to your billing address if we decide the fraud risk is too high. In these circumstances, we will contact you to confirm we will send your order to your registered card address but if you still want us to deliver to an alternative address, you can pay by cleared funds (bank transfer via cash or internet / telephone banking) or you can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to register an additional shipping address. Please note this will take 72 hours to register and will therefore delay your order.
Our cutoff for next working day delivery is 6pm for Online Orders, and 7pm for Telephone orders. Next day delivery is available subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays and "working day" excludes weekends. All orders for addresses in England, Wales, Southern Scotland, Northern Ireland and Dublin can be delivered next working day. However large TVs (40" and over) can take up to 3 days as we use a specialised 2 man courier service. In this case, the courier will call you to arrange a convenient delivery date so please ensure you have given us both your mobile and landline phone numbers. All orders to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Southern Ireland (except Dublin), Northern Scotland, EC countries and BFPO addresses take 2-5 working days.
Damaged in Transit
If your goods arrive with the outer packaging damaged, the chances are the goods themselves will not be damaged but just in case please include "Arrived Damaged" when you sign the courier's paper work. We reserve the right to charge for failed deliveries as we are charged by the couriers. If goods are returned to us due to no one being available to sign for them, you will be refunded less the delivery charge and an admin fee of £10.

No payment is taken from your card until the day before we despatch your goods and you can cancel your order at any time up to the day of despatch.

You have the right to cancel at any time preceding despatch of your goods. If you are a UK consumer (not a business or Sole Trader), the Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel the contract within 7 days after delivery. If you decide to return, you are responsible for the costs of carriage and of insuring the goods in transit. The item must not be used, and must be 'as new' when returned to us. When we receive the item you will be issued with a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

All brand new notebooks come with a minimum of 1 year's collect and return warranty direct with the manufacturer. In many cases this can be upgraded to 3 years with the purchase of an extended warranty package. Please check the warranty for each laptop or call 0844 412 4530 for more information. Please note extended warranty packages must be registered within 30 days and that you cannot return any faulty goods to us - they must be returned to the relevant manufacturer. Extended warranties must also be returned unopened if a refund is required. Please note: Factory Outlet computers and accessories systems come with a 12 month warranty. This service is offered by Buy it Direct.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.
The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. · Much of the UKs WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. We are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from us a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if a customer bought a new laptop from us we would accept their old laptop and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
